First Meeting
The initial meeting is designed to determine if your business goals align with our expertise. If we see potential for synergy, we’ll discuss how we can move forward into the planning and strategy phase.
Video Strategy
During our first meeting, we’ll delve into a customised video strategy designed to help you achieve your business goals.
This is the point where we’ll discuss project forecasting, timelines, and provide a clear cost estimate based on your specific needs and objectives.
Deep Dive
To kick start the project, we'll do a deep dive into your business and consider the 'Who, Why, What and How' questions that will form the framework for the interview.
Shoot Interview
The interview provides a narrative for the video. We'll find a good location that best represents you and we simply have a chat while the camera's rolling. Most shoot interviews are between 30 minutes and 1 hour duration.
Film B-Roll
The 'B-Roll' is made up of the shots we take of your business in action. We lay these over the top of the interview to provide a visual representation as you tell the story. Filming the B-roll normally takes a few hours, depending on the number of locations and set up requirements.
Edit Video
We then edit your video while liaising with you in regards to your business logos and any brand standards that you deem beneficial to incorporate. This process often takes a couple weeks depending on the length and complexity of your video.
Video Reveal
Either in person or over Zoom, we then present a 'video reveal' for you and your team. Celebrating with you as you view your new and exclusive video asset is without a doubt the best part of the whole process!
